Chef Jorge Fernandez has taken his traditional culinary art throughout Spain,
France, England, Amsterdam, Canary Islands, the Caribbean, and the United States
presenting his delicious Specialty Paellas and other mouth watering Spanish tapas (hors d'oeuvres).

CUISINE
 Outstanding Spanish cuisine and exemplary fine dining service is our
trademark. We offer a large assortment of delicious
Paellas,
Tapas and other specialty dishes as well
as a full bar and a large wine selection. All our dishes are freshly
prepared under the supervision of our head chef, Jorge Luis Fernandez. We use
only the finest ingredients and we source a lot of them (such as chorizo, ham,
Sepia, morcillas and Chorizos) from Spain. The culinary magic of our highly
skilled Chefs and the courteous prompt service of our staff will make your
dining experience a pleasure. We can Export pretty much everything fresh from
the seas of Spain such as Angulas, Percebes or Lubinas for your pleasure jus

ATMOSPHERE
Casual and cozy with a health portion of classic Spanish elegance. Our
main dining room offers spacious seating for large dining parties and quite
corners for romantic couples.

FLAMENCO DANCING
Flamenco is the quintessential expression of Spain's dance, music and song.
Gypsy tribes started their exodus from India, and roamed for centuries through
Asia, Africa and Europe settling in the southern part of Spain. Flamenco was
born as a fusion of many cultures into a universal language. The enigmatic and
fascinating art of flamenco conveys the suffering and the plight of the gypsies,
interspersed with the yearning for love, and reflected in powerful presentations
of rhythmic and sensuous movements.

Chef Jorge Luis -- " the Dali of the Kitchen"
Serving Paellas since 1978! He has taken the traditional culinary Paella
art throughout Spain, France, England, Amsterdam, Canary Islands, the
Caribbean, and the United States presenting his delicious Specialty
Paellas and other mouth watering Spanish
tapas (hors d'oeuvres). He even trained a few chef's along the way. So prepare to indulge yourself in this wonderful tradition from Spain
with a touch of California and now Florida!
